Reformer flow 1

This class is pre-modified so that clients with anybody sensitivities or injuries feel safe, successful, and challenged in this class.
The class focuses on form and alignment to help master the Pilates fundamentals before advancing to other levels. This class should focus on members’ “self-assessment” of their movement. Building upon a solid mind-body/connection is a primary focus in this class.

Reformer flow 2

As you progress on your Pilates journey, you may come to a point where you are wondering if you are ready to move up to the next level. At MOVE, our Level 2 classes are designed to be a comfortable transition from Level 1 (beginner) to Level 2 . In Level 2, clients will continue to practice the full beginner repertoire of exercises while intermediate principles and exercises are layered into the workout. This includes more weight bearing on arms, more complex movements, and larger ranges of motion with stability and balance challenges.

The perfect class for teenagers, Teen aims to build healthy habits in young participants. Build self-esteem, strength, and coordination for a growing body in a fun, safe environment where proper movement and body alignment are learned using the Reformer, Springboard, and more.

Prenatal (pregnancy) reformer

These classes are designed for all stages of pregnancy and will focus on pelvic floor activation, pregnancy safe abdominal exercises, upper and lower limb strengthening and spinal mobility. We will also provide education on pregnancy, birth and beyond whilst you exercise with women who may become your new social network.
Our Reformer Pilates for Pregnancy and Postnatal classes will help you move better and feel better with a focus on improving pelvic floor control, core strength, upper and lower body strength, posture, flexibility and overall wellbeing throughout your pregnancy and into motherhood…

Jumping cardio

It provides a trampoline board padded jumping surface which is fixed to the front of the reformer machine where the footbar is located. It allows for bio mechanically sound foot placement and can be used for both plyometric and aerobic exercise.

Our 60 minutes (jumping cardio) class aims to target each individual muscle group in isolation, working from the abdominals and core, through to arms, glutes, legs and back. The exercises performed within the class are changed on a weekly basis, placing the muscles under altering loads. This is an ideal technique for building and toning muscles and giving an all-over-body workout.
The beauty of the jumpboard class is that it’s a little faster paced and has a higher intensity than the traditional reformer class. It will assist in burning calories faster while challenging coordination, muscle endurance and core stability.

Deep stretch class

It’s time to slow down and get into the deep connective tissue of your body. This class is similar to Yin Yoga, taught at a very slow pace with a meditative approach to help you restore your body and calm your mind. You will experience a sense of grounding and centeredness, stretching, and releasing tight muscles and tendons. Stretch poses place emphasis on various parts of the body muscles such as the shoulders, hamstrings, pelvis, and hips. It allows students to relieve tightness in these common problematic areas and increase flexibility and mobility.

Reformer HIIT class

(For advanced)

These reformer HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle, and maximizing calorie burn. its intense cardio and strength exercises paired with active recovery. In this HIIT workout, we will increase your heart rate while improving your strength, boost your power and endurance, and work your entire body with challenging moves. you will SWEAT.

Balance neuromuscular training class

This class training involves integrating the neurological and muscular systems to improve coordination, stability, and motor control. It goes beyond traditional strength and cardiovascular conditioning by emphasizing the connection between the brain and muscles. By targeting neuromuscular pathways, individuals can enhance their ability to perform movements with precision, efficiency, and reduced risk of injury. Balance exercises enhance body awareness and control by challenging stability. These exercises, such as single-leg balance or standing on unstable surfaces, force the body to recruit muscles and activate neural pathways responsible for maintaining balance. Proprioception exercises, which focus on the body & its sense of position and movement, further improve coordination and stability.

Body sculpt class

Our athletic approach applies modern research from biomechanics physical therapy giving you an effective and results-driven workout. You can expect this class to be very creative, high-energy, and challenging. This high-intensity class mixes Pilates Reformer exercises with fitness moves to increase strength, improve posture, and build the strongest core yet! This format mixes props, like resistance bands and free weights, for dynamic movement.
